The Air Boss is one in our line of sport-style shoes made specifically for pilots. Featuring our patent pending engineered heel slider and a dual density EVA midsole for the perfect combination in any cockpit. Comes in all grey, black/red, and grey/hi-viz colorways.
Features:
Note: This shoe runs true to size with a D Width.
The Response Core™ dual density EVA midsole delivers durable, lightweight cushioning for comfort during long days on your feet.
Out pilot shoes feature a unique, patent pending Rudder Control Heel Slider. The injection-molded, frictionless cleat glides effortlessly along the floorboards, providing smooth, precise movement for enhanced rudder control.
OrthoLite® performance insoles give you all-day cushioning that holds its shape. The open-cell foam compresses less than 5% over the life of the shoe, so the fit and comfort you feel on day one carry through every flight. That same open-cell structure lets air circulate and pulls moisture away from the foot. An antimicrobial treatment is built into the foam to resist odor-causing microbes.

"Hi! I have but one complaint; the insoles of the shoes are two different sizes for some reason and the left insole doesn’t fit perfectly in the shoe, which is a bit irritating to feel. I tried calling but no one was available and your inbox was full. Please get back to me, I’d like to request a 10. 5 insole for the left shoe. Thank you"
"Will own another pair! Best buy while at OSH!"
"I'm having trouble with my new shoes. I ordered the exact size as last time, but these shoes squeeze my foot painfully."
"Have bought 5 pairs. Great shoe."
"Nice shoes and great for flying. Now have my second pair, and looking forward to wearing them for 10 years as I did the first pair."
"Shoes are amazing"
"Excellent fit. I'm an amputee and need a sure fit and feel on the rudder pedals, especially for my prosthetic foot. Very pleased with my purchase."
"Good quality shoe that works as advertised. I wear a size 12 and have problems finding shoes that have narrow soles that won't get stuck in the rudder pedals. These soles don't stick out and fit without catching. The heal slider helps get smoother rudder movement also!"
"Good quality all around and is nice looking."
"Great pilot shoes with heel sliders."
