Our aviation helmet is made out of a fiberglass composite, utilizing Koroyd® and an anti-microbial comfort liner making it the lightest aviation helmet on the market. Features Fire Retardant trim and a FIDLOCK™ buckle system. Works with any aftermarket in helmet communications devices.

Airflow Comfort Liner - Is a breathable material that promotes air flow circulation and cooling. Made from FireBlock, a fire resistant composite, and Ariaprene, this moisture wicking liner draws sweat away from the wearers head.
Pure Optics Goggle - The Anti-fog UV lens provides premium optics, reduces glare and supports a wider field of vision. TPR molded Visor Retainers mounted on the shell keep the visor from sliding off the helmet.
Flow-Vents - Promotes ventilation and enhanced cooling with strategically engineered exhaust ports designed to pull cool air in and push hot air out.
Fidlock® - Quick Release allows the fasteners to be conveniently opened and closed single handedly.
PolyFusion Shell - Is the first line of impact defense and is designed to withstand the impact forces you’ll encounter inside the cockpit. In addition, this shell is engineered to maintain structural integrity in extreme temperatures.
Headset integration - The AV-1 KOR’s shell is designed to fit a wide variety of communication units to suit the wearers aviation needs.
Snap Lock TPR - This rear mounted TPR strap secures the shield and utilizes a button snap closure system.

Extremely happy with my AV-1

"Extremely happy with my AV-1 LIFT helmet. I have flown around 50 hours with it so far and can’t be happier. I know they offer the light speed headset, but I sent in a Bose A20 for them to install and they did a great job. The helmet is light weight, very comfortable and extremely quiet. What a difference on my hearing after a long day. (I had Bose A20’s in my previous helmet as well, I give credit to the fit and overall package of the LIFT helmet that makes the difference) Note: I took the measurements and were on the high side of the medium and the low side of the large, if you fall on the edge with sizing I would recommend the larger size. Mine definitely fits snug yet perfect. (Size L)"

The time was right

"I didn’t think I was ready to wear a helmet. I fly an aerobatic aircraft, but fly at a pretty tame level compared to others who I have watched wearing helmets. My goto headset was a very effective, light weight, passive inner ear plug design. I was pretty happy, but after flights I always felt my ears were a little stressed and perhaps I could do better. One video of an inflight canopy opening convinced me that a helmet serves more than just hearing protection. Upon the advice of another pilot, I took the leap and purchased the AV-1 KOR with visor and installed Lightspeed ANR audio. It has taken me a few flights to become accustom to wearing a helmet while flying, but what a difference. I wear a helmet for pretty much every other active sport I participate in and feel a comforting level of added safety, I get that same feeling wearing this helmet too. I will tell you what this helmet “isn’t” for me. It isn’t heavy, awkward, poor fitting or hot to wear. Best of all, Braydn and his team are outstanding resources with any customer service questions I had during setup. Thank you, Doug M"
