- EPS / KOROYD IMPACT LINER – The rigidity of the EPS frame holds the lightweight Koroyd impact protection plates ensuring superior impact performance while enhancing cooling properties
- CARBON FIBER SHELL – A lightweight and high-performance material offering strength and durability in various applications
- ROTATABLE BAYONET RECIEVERS – Unique design to be interchangeable while allowing up to 45 degrees per side of adjustment without modifying helmet shell
- FIT SYSTEM DIAL KNOB – Quick adjustment for tightening or loosening nape
- FLOW VENTS – Exhaust ports allows cool air in and push hot air out
- MAGNETIC CHINSTRAP – Allows the clasp to be conveniently open and closed with one hand operation
- SINGLE PIVOT VISOR – The only MIL-Std approved visor while rated at 600 KEAS
- FIT SYSTEM – Cradles the neck when tightening to keep helmet rolling forward and eliminates the need of combat edge bladder
- AIRFLOW COMFORT LINER – Our premium two-piece Airmesh Comfort liner is designed to promote airflow circulation and cooling while remaining customizable to the user with three different thicknesses to optimize fit. Made from DriFire, a fire-resistant composite, this moisture wicking liner draws sweat away from the wearers head and is entirely replaceable.

KOROYD IMPACT LINER – Koroyd brings remarkable benefits to the AV2.2 Helmet. Its innovative technology consists of welded tubes that crumple upon impact, efficiently absorbing maximum force while minimizing energy transferred to the wearer’s head. This superior impact protection enhances safety and reduces the risk of head injuries, ensuring optimal performance during critical missions.
- PROTECTION NEVER FELT SO LIGHT – Koroyd features the world’s thinnest walled tubes, resulting in a structure which is 95% air. This reduces weight and enhances comfort without compromising safety.
- ADVANCED BREATHABILITY & COOLING – Air flows consistently through the open cells, whilst hot air from your head can easily escape, ensuring more efficient cooling in the most intense conditions.
